Shaina started MontCo Living, which she hopes will be a great resource for not only her home buyer and seller clients but for the entire community.

When I started real estate I had to look in the mirror and ask, "What does 'home' mean to me?" I put my M.A. to good use and analyzed each place including my level of happiness, and found the common denominator. What do Jenkintown and London have in common? Or Chestnut Hill and Florence? Great communities! I love being recognized and acknowledged in my neighborhood. I want to ask my neighbor for sugar or walk to the local cafe or hang out in the town square listening to our local musicians. Do we need to save the library? I want to be at the front line helping raise funds.

Community is the heart of my home and I want to share it with all of you
