$45,000 – $250,000+ annually (commission-based).

The Shaina McAndrews Team is one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in the Greater Philadelphia region.
We are looking for full-time, experienced agents who are already closing at least 6 transactions per year and want to scale up their business with the right training, systems, and support.
Our team provides everything you need to grow:
Buyer & Seller Leads – never worry about pipeline again.
Dedicated Marketing & Tech – from websites to CRMs to campaigns, we have it handled.
Showing Support – never miss a showing because of a scheduling conflict.
Training & Mentorship – weekly pipeline meetings, skill development, and access to proven systems.

Requirements
Must be a licensed PA Realtor® and actively closing 6+ transactions per year.
Full-time commitment to real estate.

Compensation
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Our proven systems and support help agents scale well past 6 transactions a year, often doubling their income in the first year on the team.
